To return your product, you should mail your product to our return address.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you're shipping more than $75, you might want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original PayPal payment method within a certain number of days.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately custom or personalised orders and specials cannot be refunded
